We're on your side

Dig deeper with an expert tutor

Whether you want a structured series of sessions to cover the whole syllabus or a one-off realistic mock exam, our friendly and experienced Master Unlimited tutors will get the absolute best out of you.

Candidates following our Path to Pass System typically do their first private session 3-4 weeks before the exam and then work with one or two tutors over the next few weeks for consistency.

The beauty of Whitehorse being a large team is that candidates can then do 2-3 mock exams with different tutors in the 7-10 days before their exam to get exposure to a variety of styles, questions and topics, which builds both resilience and confidence for the real exam.

It's ok if you don't get everything right. We will help you to find and fix your weak areas and push you to answer with confidence on the big day.

Your first session will usually focus on understanding your strengths and weaknesses, and will help you develop/polish your study plan for the remaining time before the exam.

However, the session can be tailored to whatever you would find most useful. For many candidates, the first session takes the form of a gentle mock exam designed to rapidly identify weak areas, and to help you understand the level of knowledge required for the exam.

Yes. You can share the session with one, two or three study partners. This is a very cost-effective way to prepare together and also has the advantage of ensuring that the whole group is on the same page after the session is over.

Private sessions are booked by you, either individually or with people you already know. If you want to learn with other candidates, our small-group clinics may be a better option, as they are designed for candidates who want group discussion and tutor-led practice.

The earlier the better. Candidates typically do their first private session 3-4 weeks before the exam and then work with one or two tutors over the next few weeks for consistency.

If your exam is close, we can still help you focus on the areas most likely to hold you back.

Ideally, you will work with one or two tutors over the first few weeks for consistency but the beauty of Whitehorse being a large team is that candidates can then do 2-3 mock exams with different tutors in the 7-10 days before their exam.

This offers exposure to a variety of styles, questions and topics, which builds both resilience and confidence for the real exam. If you spend all of your time with one tutor, it's really easy to become too comfortable with them and then the real exam can be a surprise.

That is exactly when private sessions can be most useful. You do not need to be exam-ready before booking. Our expert tutors will help you understand the level expected, identify gaps and turn vague anxiety into a clear list of things to work on.

We may be able to arrange in-person sessions if you live near one of our tutors. Please drop us a message on WhatsApp to discuss options.

Having said that, almost all of our candidates choose online prep because it is usually more effective, more flexible and more affordable. It also saves travel time and allows us to match you with the most suitable tutor, rather than simply the nearest one.
