Our RYA Yachtmaster eLearning Prep Course is a complete eLearning package for the theory and background knowledge areas of the RYA Yachtmaster syllabus.
Created in consultation with active RYA Yachtmaster examiners, it is designed for candidates preparing seriously for Yachtmaster Coastal, Offshore or Ocean, as well as those who see Yachtmaster as part of a longer professional journey towards MCA OOW 3000gt Yachts and more advanced qualifications in the yachting sector. It goes beyond narrow exam preparation to build the broader knowledge expected of a future yacht officer.
The course combines our RYA Yachtmaster Theory module, our Interactive COLREGs and Buoyage Courses and our COLREGs Audio Book. Together, they help you build knowledge, test your understanding and identify areas that need more work.
You can study through our online platform or mobile app, including offline, making it easier to keep learning around sea time, travel and other commitments. The lessons are clear, practical and easy to revisit, with interactive quizzes, flashcards and supporting materials to help you check your understanding as you study.
NB - This product is designed to support preparation for the theory side of RYA Yachtmaster. It does not replace practical training, qualifying sea time, vessel-handling experience or assessment with an RYA examiner, and does not result in the issue of RYA certification.
